Actually, the game is asking you how you want to play it.

We spend our whole lives living in a way that was copied from others copying others. There is no inevitability to any of this.

The rat race is the rat race because very few do it differently.

We grow up looking around at everyone rushing, frazzled, and running on fumes, assuming that’s just how the game is played. We think life has a pre-established set of rules, and our only job is to comply so we can get what we want.

That’s THE trap.

We swallow our instincts and try our best to play a script we didn't write. Which only keeps the hamster wheel spinning.

But life doesn’t have a script for you to follow. Life is actually looking at you, constantly asking: "How do you want to live this?"

It’s a massive paradigm shift. You aren’t here to manage the chaos; you are here to declare your priorities right in the thick of it.

Case in point:

I just took an hour’s break from writing this to play with my six-year-old son. He wouldn’t take “Dad’s busy” for an answer. Stepping away from work became an immediate weigh-up: the fear of not getting it all done versus one less irreplaceable moment with my boy.

That was me answering life’s question. It was me declaring what actually matters through immediate action. I never want fear to win. I don’t want fear to dictate how I play this game.

So, how do you want to live this?

Choosing peace and prioritising what matters over the fear of missing out makes you a bit of a revolutionary.

It means choosing to upgrade your entire internal operating system: being bold enough to face your own fears, refusing to play small, and remaining completely stable and uncollapsed inside a chaotic world.

Stop trying to play by rules you didn't design. Decide how you want to live, and start living it.

None of us are getting out of here alive anyway. Isn’t it worth the experiment?

Go well,

Arjuna

PS.

Most meditation apps and podcasts are just a toe in the water.

They offer a temporary feeling of relief, but they don't change your underlying programming.

When you are ready to actually rewrite your internal operating system from the inside out, it’s time to learn Ascension.

The next date is: 3-5 July (7pm start)
