Details:
The retreat runs Saturday 19th September (10am start) – Wednesday 23rd September (4pm).
To make the most of the days, we’ll begin 10am on the Saturday. For those travelling afar, or if you simply want to take the evening to settle in, you’re welcome to stay the night before (£15 extra - sort your own dinner and breakfast).
Finish will be after the post-lunch meeting, around 4pm. Again you can head off, or stay for an extra £15. The kitchen will be closed but Richmond is very close for meals.
Accommodation is shared, unless you take the option to get a room nearby.
This is a great option if you’re shy on sharing. Richmond is small and so you’ll feel fully part of the retreat but have your own space. If you’re considering this option but want to talk it through, or want help booking (I have a contact!), click here to get in touch and we’ll chat.
Our venue is a lovely old house, situated in some amazing gardens and grounds, with a short walk to the river. Bring walking/running shoes, and maybe your swimsuit for a dip?! Full suggested packing list will be sent on booking.
Food is sensational and plentiful, with all dietary requirements catered for.
Retreat cost:
Per person, all inclusive, with an additional Ascension Attitude at the teacher’s discretion:
Option 1. Shared rooms at the venue – £575, including non-refundable deposit of £225. To stay night before and/or after it’s £15 extra/night (sort your own meals).
or …
Option 2. Day rate (off-site accommodation) – £395, including a non-refundable deposit of £225.
This day rate includes everything (all meals, teaching, everything!) except for the price of your off-site room.

Should you change your mind, £225 of your payment is non-refundable. We will do all that is possible to fill your place and therefore refund you, but please understand if we cannot.
Full payment is due on Sunday 1st September.
