I cannot tell you what a calm, clear mind does for the fabric of your life.
Nor can I describe the shift that occurs when you finally anchor yourself in that part of you that is already still.
But I think you know it.
Whether we call it Soul, Spirit, or the Unbounded, it does not matter. What matters is that this part of you is undeniable.
There is a profound difference in the quality of your days when you are aligned here – and it becomes increasingly obvious when you are adrift.
It affects everything.
This presence is the source. It is separate from the overdrive of a mind constantly rehearsing, judging, and expecting. It is always present. It is always you. As the old teachers said: "You are what you already seek".
True. It is the one part of you that cannot be taken away – but it is easily forgotten.
We get so lost in the clouds of thinking that we can, at times, forget the sun was ever there. And that is a heavy way to live.
You run, you climb, you create – because these things bring you to that point of aliveness.
That is where I started: the outdoors is my church; movement is my meditation.
But I wanted more:
What if I didn't have to wait for the weekend to feel this alive?
What if I could bring this Quality into every storm, nourishing every task and every conversation?
What if boldness and contentment were not things I had to work on, but something that became me?
If you have tried the "work" of mindfulness and found it lacking, perhaps you simply haven't found the right door.
There is a way to return to yourself that is so simple, it is almost ridiculous.
But, first –
Prioritise this connection. Time spent in the Presence, where the signal is clear, pays you back a million times over in the world of static.
Second – If you are tired of forgetting, if you want a complete system you can apply to the middle of your life, I can help.
Come and learn Ascension. It is the clearest, sweetest way back to yourself that I know.
Go well,
Arjuna
PS.
If you want more, do come and learn Ascension.
It’s the thing that I wished I learnt years before I did.
Next course is soon – the end of the month: 30 Jan – 1 Feb (starts 7pm).
Get in touch for details.
Remember! If you've learned before, you can repeat for free — do it sometime this year.
You often get so much more the second (or twentieth) time around. Let me know!
